INFORMED CONSENT

In accordance with Article 16 of Law 29/2021 of October 28, on the protection of personal data:

I DECLARE THAT I HAVE BEEN INFORMED:

  1. That the data controller is the Universitat d'Andorra, located at Plaça Germandat, number 7, Sant Julià de Lòria. I can contact the Data Protection Officer by emailing dpd@uda.ad.
  2. That the purpose of the processing is the collection of data for the BIOSING 2026 registration process and all related activities of the congress to be held between the 6th and the 8th of July (both included).
  3. That the legal basis for the processing of the data collected here will be my consent.
  4. That the provided data will be kept for the strictly necessary time to fulfill the purpose for which they are collected, and to determine any possible liabilities arising from this purpose, taking into account the periods established in the records and documentation regulations.
  5. Personal data will not be communicated to third parties, except where there is a legal obligation.
  6. That the provided data will only be used for the stated processing purpose and, if applicable, will be used for other research projects on related topics, maintaining the stated processing purpose.
  7. That I can exercise the rights of access, portability, rectification, and deletion of the data, as well as the right to limit processing or object to it, by submitting a written request via email to dpd@uda.ad. Furthermore, I can contact this same address before, during, or after answering the questionnaire to request information regarding any doubts I may have.
  8. That I have the right to file a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority (www.apda.ad) if I consider that my rights have been violated or that current legality has not been respected in this data processing.
  9. That there are no automated decisions regarding the personal data provided here.
  10. That my consent given here can always be revoked by means of a petition directed to dpd@uda.ad. The revocation of consent will imply that the data provided via the online questionnaire will not be used for the research purpose explained here and will be deleted.

Having been informed of the above points and based on the provisions of Article 7 of the LQPD, I expressly consent to and authorize the processing of my personal data for the purpose indicated above.
